Bara Cihlova

I am a former student of the Academic Grammar School and a junior research assistant at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry in Prague. I decided to dedicate myself to laboratory work and research at the age of 15. In 2020, I worked on developing a method for screening potential drugs against all RNA viruses, our paper was published in the international scientific journal Molecules.

In 2021, I was accepted to Oxford University to study Biochemistry. After Brexit, I could not cover the tuition fees without help. Yet today, I am finishing my first year of study, thanks to you.

I want to sincerely express my gratitude to everyone who has supported me on this journey. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Although this website no longer serves for fundraising, it still deserves a life (and possibly new content in the future)!
